Each individual is permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts — or accounts created to circumvent restrictions — will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between tdgame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating at https://tdgame.cam, and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and tdgame.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable laws in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation. tdgame does not claim to be licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. This document does not constitute legal advice.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions, to register an Account and use the Platform. Being of legal gambling age does not, of itself, mean that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction — you remain solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws.
tdgame operates a strict age-verification policy. Any Account found to belong to a person below the applicable minimum age will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by underage users will be returned to the original payment method; any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.
By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited, restricted or otherwise unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, tdgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. You agree to notify the Platform immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. tdgame accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a serious violation of these Terms. Accounts found to contain inaccurate information — particularly regarding identity, age or jurisdiction — may be suspended pending verification or closed permanently.
The Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You may use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by tdgame.
tdgame endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We accept no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements to use the Platform. This includes any costs associated with data usage or connectivity, which are your sole responsibility. The Platform is optimised for use on Android and iOS devices via mobile browser without requiring a dedicated application download.
Available deposit methods are listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Methods referenced as familiar Pakistani payment context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual reference only. Actual availability depends on the cashier at the time of deposit. Payment-provider names do not imply those providers endorse or are affiliated with tdgame.
Transactions may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as indicated in the cashier. Where currency conversion is applicable, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. tdgame reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits, including responsible-gambling limits, at its discretion or at the request of the Account holder.
All funds deposited to the Platform must be your own personal funds. The use of funds obtained through illicit means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering or other criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Please note: Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., BTC, USDT) may be available subject to cashier confirmation. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate and you bear the risk of exchange-rate movements. Network fees and minimum transaction requirements apply.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Platform cashier. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed to the Platform's satisfaction prior to processing. Withdrawals will ordinarily be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to operator and method-specific rules.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide, at minimum:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to internal review procedures. No guaranteed processing times are stated. Contact support if a withdrawal remains pending beyond the timeframe communicated in the cashier.
Withdrawals requested while an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement is attached to the Account may result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. Review your Account bonus status before submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires a verified Account in good standing, compliance with minimum deposit thresholds and adherence to all applicable bonus conditions.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum-bet limits during bonus play, eligible-game contributions and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility — actual figures are set per promotion.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Ensure you review the expiry timeline for each bonus before activating it.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts or other methods designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms constitutes bonus abuse. tdgame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts where abuse is identified.
tdgame reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Continuing to participate in a promotion after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
Sports betting markets — including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and esports — are subject to individual market rules. In-play / live betting odds are subject to change in real time. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding. tdgame has no official partnership with or endorsement from the PCB, PSL, ICC or any sporting body.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or manifest pricing error, tdgame reserves the right to void affected bets or correct payouts accordingly. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from such corrections provided they are applied consistently and in good faith.
Maximum single-bet winnings and jackpot caps may apply and are specified within individual game or market rules. Amounts stated in PKR or other currencies are subject to the limits published in the relevant game interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button designs, imagery, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of tdgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from tdgame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tdgame and its operators, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose. tdgame does not guarantee winnings, returns or specific game outcomes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be assessed, and any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method subject to KYC compliance.
tdgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum threshold will generally be returned to the verified payment method, unless forfeiture is required by applicable law or the provisions of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered, to the extent applicable and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the Platform's support process shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute-resolution body of the operator's registered jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief in your local courts where such recourse is legally available.
tdgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the new Terms take effect.
